The Eastern Veil Nebula (NGC 6992)

Because of its stunning pink, purple, and blue colors, NGC 6992 is a top ten object for most astrophotographers. It's also one of the simpler targets to take down. With 4 hours of pictures, I was able to obtain the image above. Summer is the best time to see the Cygnus Loop (Northern Hemisphere).
