Dumbbell Nebula (M27)

I originally shot this in 2023 using my William Optics Z81 doublet (81mm Aperture at 447mm FL ) and it turned out pretty good for a 3" scope. I had a chance to shoot it again using my Celestron C6 150mm at 1220mm FL. I think the 81mm captured a little more detail but the SCT did a very good job as well. One of my favorites.

Thanks! Still needs more data so waiting for the sky gods to allow me to image some more. I was thinking of going with an OAG but decided to stay with a guide scope for now.

Love my 8" SCT when I can get my oag guiding working correctly, but this looks pretty terrific.
